Handmade luxury picnic basket
This handmade luxury picnic basket is made to last. It is made with love of everyday life, and respect for the original craftsmanship. Made from natural ash, the wood is alive and will change with the seasons. The small spacings between the ash strips give the basket a lightness and vary across the basket to reflect the light from the surroundings. With its double foldable handles, it is sturdy and stable yet light and stores easily when not in use. The handles are attached to the basket with handmade fittings in brass. I also use my picnic basket for storage and as a shopping bag.
